NEW CONTRACTS FOR TRIO

The Rangers manager Ally McCoist has decided to offer new contracts to three of the young players at the club. Rangers have been extremely confident of getting back into the first division of Scottish football.

There has been heavily on recruiting new players, but it is just not the arrival of new players that is strengthening the club. They have decided to offer new contracts to young players who have come through the ranks at the club. Barrie McKay, Robbie Crawford and Lewis Macleod are the three players who have been offered a new contract by the club.

STRIP TITLES

The former Celtic captain Tom Boyd has said that the Scottish Premier league should look into the prospect of stripping Rangers for the title they have won. They should also give Tom Boyd the stripped titles due to the fact that it were denied to him in unethical circumstances.

The former Celtic captain Tom Boyd won three major titles during his illustrious career with the Scottish club. However, the former player now has said that he should have won six major titles due to the fact that Rangers were not entirely honest in their efforts to pursue the three titles.

Dark horses Russia stunned

Russia may have provided the brightest of openings to Euro 2012 as thrashing the Czech Republic, but a single goal against the run of play has seen Dick Advocaat’s reign end in abject failure.

The first half was played out in the strangest of circumstances with Greece almost accepting their fate as wooden spoon recipients in Group A. Although Russia dominated possession a neutral eye would see that both sides seemed to be happy with the draw.

ALLOWED TO BUY

Charles Green has confirmed that there is every opportunity that Rangers could be allowed to sign players before they actually come out of administration.

Charles Green is exploring the opportunity by having the Company Voluntary Arrangement approved shortly. This would mean that the club would have a cooling-off period of 28 days. Green also confirmed that the club will not be losing any money in buying the players because most of them are free transfers. Due to the financial situation within Europe at the moment, a lot of high-profile players have been released by the clubs.

WHY I HATE RANGERS

When Rangers went into administration last week there were a number of people who couldn’t help but smile. The reason for this is that Rangers are in short a disgrace to football.

The Old Firm match is built up as one of the great football rivalries between two great clubs. Rangers have never won the European Cup, and considering the fact that they and Celtic are the only clubs that ever seem to qualify from Scotland this shows how far the Scottish league is from the top of world football.

RANGERS ARE CHEATS

If I stood up in Glasgow City centre and screamed at the top of my voice that Rangers were cheats, it wouldn't take long for some bald (probably topless) Blues fan to come up, grab me by the scruff of the neck, and start screaming right in my face about not having any proof, and that Celtic are the cheating side in Glasgae.

Well, here's your proof! One fan's campaign to provide the evidence of Ranger's cheating over the last few years!

Rangers Best Defender to Move on

Glasgow Rangers are expected to strike a deal to sell Danny Wilson to Liverpool which will see the defender return to Ibrox on loan next season.

A proposed £3million offer has been discussed between representatives of both clubs, with Rafael Benitez keen to bring the 18-year-old to Anfield in a bid to boost his defensive ranks.

Earlier this month Rangers chief executive Martin Bain revealed that Liverpool were the forerunners for the Scotland under-19 international.
